Baliguda ( Zee Kalinga Live) : – In a tragic incident a youth was killed in a road accident at Baliguda here on Tuesday night . The youth was identified as Lilu Digal of Puninat villagee under Baliguda police limit in Kandhamal district . This incident had happened while he was comming to Baliguda by his bike , the accident took place due to bike sleep down near by the road .He was severally faced head injury . After witnessing the accident the locals rescued the injured and sent them to the Community Health Centre for treatment, the doctor declared him dead .
